Course Details

Course Cost & Payment

Per person £145.00

We will ask you for payment in advance and will send you an invoice and payment instructions.

Arrival

Please arrive 30 minutes before the course is due to start. Go to the Deli & Farm Shop, at Wolverton Park. There is plenty of free on-site car parking.

Dress Code

We will run our BBQ courses outside (naturally) with protection from the elements. So, you should dress for the weather on the day. Check the local weather forecast on the day of your course. If for any reason the course needs to be adjourned due to sever inclement conditions, we will defer to another course day.

Allergies

Wherever possible we will try to accommodate our guests’ food requirements. If you have any allergies that can cause you serious harm, please contact us in advance. We must make it clear though that despite our best efforts we cannot guarantee that every ingredient on the course will free from those allergens for the reasons above.

Booking Tickets

If you buy a gift certificate for someone, do advise them to book a date as quickly as possible – even if it is for later in the year!

Ticket Refunds and Different Course Dates

We will be buying ingredients for the full course and put into place full staffing resources for every course. For these reasons we are not able to offer refunds, however we can swap tickets to different course dates, or you are more than welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Call us or send an email with your name of the person who will be taking your place.

Course Hosts

We plan two Sunday courses per month, with our two BBQ masters, Simon Burt and Sameena Risvi.

Simon is an ‘old school’ aficionado who BBQs daily and runs a commercial BBQ business called Luncheon Muncheon and will cover such techniques as: low & slow, fast grilling, indirect grilling, reverse searing, cooking dirty over hot coals, smoking, baking and much more.

Sameena is a cookery teacher, specialising in Indian, Afghan, Pakistani, Iranian/Middle Eastern, where all these cuisines use open fire to cook and grill. Sameena has created a series of courses cooking dishes from these regions on the BBQ
